How are the mattresses packaged for international shipping?
We vacuum-compress and roll the mattresses before boxing them. We also offer pallet packaging upon request.

What is the production cycle for a mattress order?
Standard orders are completed in about 30 days after we receive the deposit. Sample production usually takes 7–10 days.
How to properly unbox a compressed mattress?
After delivery, carefully remove the outer plastic packaging—avoid using sharp tools that might cut the mattress fabric. After unfolding, please let the mattress rest for 48-72 hours to allow it to regain its original shape and firmness.

How to import mattresses from China to the US?
Importing mattresses from China is pretty straightforward, but you’ll need to get all the paperwork ready: commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and fireproof/foam certification documents (such as BS 7177, CertiPUR-US).
We can offer door-to-door service, including customs clearance and delivery straight to your warehouse. If you are using a third-party freight forwarder, we can also coordinate the shipping directly.
